This includes at least one picture of every room space. This also includes for 4 to 8 photograph of the exterior. Using advanced photographic equipment we capture images of your listing to provide a visual representation of your clients home. The standard photoshoot can take from ½ hour to 2 hours depending on the complexity of the environment. We subject our images to the most advanced algorithms to provide the best lighting for your listing. All room that are not accessible will be excluded.
Licensed and insured pilots will use drones to capture images from an elevated point of view. Your clients listing will be showcased by images captured from various angles and altitudes. Video footage of the points of interest and still images of front, back and additional points of interest captured during this time will be part of what is delivered to you. Stills will be phot processed and videos will be rendered to the format of your choice. The video footage is typically more then 20 sec and less then 3 minutes. At least 4 but up to 10 still frames are included with this package.
Drone photoshoot is contingent upon clear airspace, weather and authorizations acquired by the pilot.
