Using advanced photographic equipment we capture images of your listing to provide a visual representation of your clients dream home. The standard photoshoot can take for ½ hour to 2 hours depending on the complexity of the environment. We subject our images to the most advanced algorithms to provide the best lighting for your listing.
This is a per hour service - based on photoshoot time from arrival onsite. (Not including time to complete other requested services)
First 45 minutes - $75
additional 15 minute intervals - $25
Licensed and insured drones are used to capture images from an elevated point of view. Your clients listing will be showcased by images captured from various angles and altitudes. Video footage and still images captured during this time will be part of what is delivered to you.
Drone photoshoot is contingent upon clear airspace, weather and authorizations acquired by the pilot.

A virtual walk thru of the property to allow individuals and couples to view the property prior to an onsite visit. Video file will be generated from still images and video captured during the walk thru filming. You must supply talent for the filming or the audio will be a music composition that you supply or a suitable stock music choice will be made.
